Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the vvb8 website accessible at vvb8.io, including all pages, features, games, betting markets, and services accessible through that domain.
• "User" / "you" / "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a bet or wager through the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User following successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Funds" means any Bangladesh Taka (BDT) deposited by a User into their Account balance, whether credited via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other payment method supported by the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, or similar promotional amounts credited to an Account by vvb8, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any sports betting selection, live in-play bet, casino game round, crash game stake, or any other form of real-money participation on the Platform.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and any other supporting documentation requested by vvb8 as part of its identity verification (KYC) process.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone used for all timestamps on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree", completing the registration form, making a deposit, or placing a Bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the Platform, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Users regardless of whether they have completed a full account registration. Browsing the Platform constitutes acceptance of those provisions that apply to unauthenticated access.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited for personal use;
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity;
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a current employee of vvb8 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners;
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by vvb8 for a breach of these Terms;
• You are not included on any list of excluded, self-excluded, or problem gamblers maintained by vvb8 or any responsible gaming organisation with which vvb8 cooperates.

vvb8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the time specified by the Company may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each individual User is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the vvb8 Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In the event that duplicate accounts are detected, vvb8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending winnings across those accounts.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number to which your bKash, Nagad, or other registered mobile wallet is linked. You agree to promptly update your account information whenever it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use is your responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.

vvb8 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

Identity Verification (KYC)

vvb8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations. All Users are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. vvb8 may also require verification at any other point it deems appropriate, including following unusual account activity or large deposit volumes.

Acceptable Verification Documents

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission;
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (data pages);
• Birth registration certificate combined with a secondary proof of address;
• Bank statement or mobile wallet transaction statement dated within the last 90 days as proof of address.

Documents must be submitted as clear, legible, unedited images or scanned copies. vvb8 may request additional documentation if the submitted documents are insufficient to complete verification. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days of a verification request being issued may have withdrawal functionality suspended until documentation is received.

All personal data collected during the KYC process is handled in accordance with the vvb8 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification and anti-fraud purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by law.

Deposits

All deposits on the vvb8 Platform are made in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). vvb8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at the Company's discretion; the current list of accepted methods is always displayed on the Deposit page of the Platform.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single-deposit limit imposed by the Platform at a base level, although individual payment providers may impose their own per-transaction or daily limits, which are outside vvb8's control.

Funds deposited through mobile wallet methods are credited to your Account balance in real time, subject to network availability. vvb8 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which vvb8 accepts no responsibility.

vvb8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that it considers unusually large or inconsistent with a User's typical deposit pattern. During such a review, funds may be held pending the outcome of the investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same mobile wallet account used to make the most recent qualifying deposit on your Account. vvb8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts, or payment methods other than those on the approved list. This policy exists as a safeguard against fraud and money laundering.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed within one hour of approval during normal operating hours (BST). Withdrawals requested outside normal processing windows, or subject to additional verification, may take longer.

Before a withdrawal is approved, your Account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 5 of these Terms. vvb8 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the User's historical pattern.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to completion of the applicable wagering requirements as described in Section 8. Real-money funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately; only real-money funds that have satisfied all applicable conditions may be withdrawn.

vvb8 does not charge a withdrawal fee at the platform level. Mobile wallet providers may apply their own receive fees, which are outside vvb8's control.

Bonuses & Promotions

vvb8 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside each offer on the Platform and must be read in conjunction with this Section 8.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn;
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount;
• Bonus Funds may only be used on the games and markets specified in the respective offer terms — certain high-RTP slots, specific bet types, or live casino games may be excluded from bonus wagering;
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, and per IP address;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless the specific terms explicitly permit this;
• vvb8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that such amendment does not adversely affect bonuses already credited and in active use by a User.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the vvb8 Platform are governed by the specific sport rules published in the Help section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating to that sport.

General Betting Conditions

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is the User's responsibility to check the selection, stake, and odds before confirming a bet;
• Minimum single-bet stake is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement;
• In the event that a match, fixture, or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules — in most cases, bets are voided and stakes returned unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time;
• vvb8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error — such bets will be voided and stakes returned regardless of the outcome;
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the Company's discretion, including during delays in receiving live data from official data providers;
• vvb8 applies a maximum payout limit per event per User; the current limit is displayed on the relevant market page.

Casino & Games

The vvb8 casino product includes live dealer tables, video slots, table games, and crash games supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games are governed by their respective provider rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

All casino games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of the long-term theoretical payout of each game over a statistically significant number of rounds.

vvb8 accepts no liability for any loss of connection, technical error, or device failure that occurs during an active game round. In the event of a disconnection, the round outcome is determined by the game server, which acts as the definitive record. Any incomplete round will be resolved automatically when the connection is restored; if the round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to the User's Account balance.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface prior to starting play. Users are responsible for checking applicable limits before entering any game.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vvb8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Allowing any third party, including a family member, to access or operate your Account;
• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated mechanism to interact with the Platform, including for the purposes of placing bets, collecting data, or circumventing security measures;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage, whether in games or in the processing of payments;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption in relation to sporting events offered on the Platform;
• Conducting any activity that constitutes money laundering, including depositing funds obtained from illegal sources or structuring transactions to avoid detection;
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement with vvb8 or any affiliated responsible gaming body;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vvb8 staff or other Users through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

vvb8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should never be used as a means to generate income, recover financial losses, or resolve personal financial difficulties.

vvb8 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your Account dashboard without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that take effect immediately when reduced;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the net amount you can lose within a defined period;

Intellectual Property

All content on the vvb8 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game content, text, software, data compilations, and any other material (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the intellectual property of vvb8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform Content without the express prior written consent of vvb8.

Game content supplied by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vvb8, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

vvb8's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that User in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vvb8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While vvb8 takes all reasonable measures to maintain platform availability, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Privacy & Data Protection

vvb8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at vvb8.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that Policy.

vvb8 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the Platform's servers. Personal data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.

vvb8 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third parties only where required by law, where necessary to provide the services you have requested (such as payment processing), or where you have given explicit consent.

Amendments to These Terms

vvb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vvb8 will provide notice to registered Users via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, and additions of definitions — may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining Account balance before closing your Account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. vvb8 operates a transparent dispute resolution process for all User complaints.

In the event of a dispute, Users are required to first contact vvb8 customer support at [email protected] with a clear description of the complaint. vvb8 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (BST) and will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a complete complaint submission.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. vvb8's decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms are final and binding in all matters relating to the operation of the Platform, game outcomes, and bet settlements, except where a manifest error can be demonstrated.
